Replacement policy:
- 3 days from the arrival of the shipment, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- 25 discount on exchange fees
- The exchange period is between 5 days and 10 days.
Return Policy:
- 2 days from the arrival of the shipment to the customer, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
- After verifying the shipment's safety, the order amount will be refunded using the same electronic payment method.
- Delivery fees and cash on delivery fees are deducted from the customer's order value, which is 20 riyals for delivery fees and 5 riyals for cash on delivery if applicable.
- The return period is between 7 and 15 days.
The cash on delivery method only returns the money to the customer's bank account.
